ABOUT
Think of therapy with me as equal parts safe space, reality check, and game plan.
HEY, I’M BRIDGET!
I work with women who are tired of holding it all together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.
If that sounds familiar, I get it. You wake up already thinking about the to-do list. You’re juggling work, kids, a million responsibilities… all while trying to keep everyone else happy. Somewhere along the way, your own needs got shoved to the bottom of the pile.
And now? You’re anxious, worn out, maybe a little resentful, and wondering if this is how life is going to feel from now on. It’s not. I’m not only a therapist, but a woman and a mom who has been through many of the same things you have. I don’t have the power to take away all your problems but I know and trust that our work in therapy together will help you be the best version of you.
What it’s like to work with me
We’ll talk about what’s really going on under the surface—not just the symptoms, but the patterns that keep you feeling this way. Then, I’ll give you tools that actually fit into your real life (no unrealistic “just meditate for an hour a day” kind of advice here).
You’ll learn how to:
QUIET THAT CONSTANT INNER CRITICizing
BREAK THE PERFECTIONISM CYCLE
BE THE MOM YOU DESERVED
SHOW UP AS YOUR REAL SELF WITHOUT APOLOGy
Say “no” without feeling like a bad person
